Mark with Craddock's is fantastic. Cant say enough about my experiences working with him so far - he's communicative, patient, takes time to explain things in layman's terms and truly wants you to have a safe home. The attention to detail and safety exceeds expectations. The fact this is also a family run business just adds to the quality you get from first call to first visit and ultimate the work that's done. They're my go-to for any and all electrical work on my home.

From start to finish Craddock’s electrical has been responsive, professional, informative, economical, and I feel like I was treated as family. I wouldn’t use anybody else, or even shop for someone different, as they treated me as I would want them to treat my grandmother, my granddaughter or anyone else that I cared for.

Emma was our initial contact from their office. She was friendly, thorough, and professional. Derick Gladney, our technician, did a fabulous job for us! He was friendly, personable and listened carefully to our requests. He even had some great suggestions to our initial plans. His installation skills are superb - real pride and craftsmanship. We couldn’t ask for more or for better service. Very satisfied customers. Update: 7/24 Paul and Endi helped us troubleshoot a new fan installation. We did okay with it, but they discovered a few additional issues with our dated electrical master panel. A new update is on its way.
