My best friend recommended Richard's to me and I was very impressed with them! They were able to resize an engagement ring from a size 7 to a size 4, which can be difficult. It was ready in about 45 minutes. When I picked the ring up, I looked it over, but I didn't examine it super close until I got back to my car. I realized one of the small side stones was missing, so I went back and let them know. They replaced the missing diamond and tightened everything back up for me. Great, honest people! I would definitely go back to them in the future.
