I just completed a precast English walkout basement wall placement with safe room using CXT in Wilder, TN. They made it up narrow windy roads to the boonies. It was awesome, everything promised was delivered and the cost was very fair for the quality of the product and work done. The lead POC was Tim Woodward. He was fantastic!!! He is ex Navy, a Seabee to be specific and his attention to detail was unparalleled! He was always reachable, gave 110%, offered suggestions and kept you up to date on the project. I worked with Sam Cox on a precast basement wall project for our personal home. The end quality of the engineering and product was great! Our home site is difficult to get to and they partnered with me to come up with a plan to get the job done. The set up crew was fantastic. I was at the job site on the day they set the walls. They were professional and efficient and got the entire basement installed in one day. You could tell they know what they were doing. I recommend!
