Internal Medicine Associates is a highly recommended practice known for its excellent care. Patients describe the office staff as the friendliest, always greeting people with a smile and remembering who they are. The doctors and nurses are observant, caring, and listen to patient concerns, making individuals feel neither unheard nor rushed. Many note the great personalities and sweet dispositions of the providers, which put patients at ease. The staff is consistently courteous, professional, yet friendly and personable. I'm reviewing after six appointments, in office and by way of telephone visits.
I am fortunate to have found this practice. They go above and beyond. The friendliest office staff and lab tech. Always greeting you with a smile. remembering who you are. I never feel unheard or rushed. Jamie listens to my concerns, (She listens to her patience! ) Her nurse is professional yet friendly & personable. The moment I walked in this office I was met with happy faces and sweet smiles. The waiting time was short before being called back to see Jamie McLemore. Jamie‘s great personality and sweet disposition put me at ease at once. I must also add what a great nurse she has!!! I’m feeling very thankful for this clinic. 😍
As any one who knows me I really hate going to doctors and usually wait til it's too late or surgery time but at this doctors office I always feel at ease the staff are always courteous and the Dr. Rahman is very observant and caring always looks you in the eyes when having conversation. I highly recommend this office.
