What a great experience from beginning to end. I wanted to make sure that the home I was purchasing was in good shape with no hidden surprises, after the fact. Pete was so helpful and I am so appreciative of the detailed, thorough inspection that he did and the clear communication, verbally and in the report! Thank you!

Inspected my entire house, to include the roof, for one solid price. Other places will say they charge less, but won’t check the roof without charging additional fees.Very thorough. He checked EVERYTHING and even took time to explain what items needed urgent attention. I would recommend Bruce to anyone.
