The Benchmark Physical Therapy location in Tellico Village Loudon, TN is TOP SHELF EXCELLENT! When I first came in, I could not put my own jacket on or adjust my own collar due to severe shoulder pain. Lyndsey my Physical Therapist treated me over a few months to a result of zero pain and full range of motion! I had a full knee replacement and was cared for by Jonah for 6 weeks. I welcomed the consistent one on one service/direction by Jonah. I was challenged that resulted in effective progress. I left with printed hard copy of continued exercises for further strengthening and success. This will be instrumental to getting me back to 100%. Thank you.
The overall environment is very friendly and the staff acknowledges you when you walk in the facility. Nice personal touch. I appreciated the positive and friendly atmosphere.

I had the privilege of working with Lindsey Bowman for most of my physical therapy for my left knee replacement. Jonah Smith as well took part in my therapy. Lindsay was my primary therapist and Jonah Smith was more than happy to always fill in when Lindsey was not present. The two of them, Jonah Smith and Lindsay Bowman, were excellent. They are professional, caring, and willing to do whatever it takes to help you regain your ability to enjoy life again. They always showed interest in your day and in your life as well.
