“We had to put our baby of 16 years to sleep. They were so good to us. The lady at the front desk knew how upset I was and came around the front to hug me. I really needed that. I wish I could remember her name but I was distraught and couldn't focus on anything but my sweet baby Petey. I was so worried his last day would be on a cold table in a cold room but it wasn't. He could barely walk anymore and The employees cheered for him on his last walk. You have know idea just how grateful we are for that. They had us in a room with a soft blanket on the tables with candles lit and a little jar of goodbye kisses. He ate every single one of them. Thank you all for making my worst day a little easier with your kindness. And thank you so much for being so good and sweet with my Petey.”
