This is the only place I have ever felt like I was being a burden to the staff just for being there. The lady at the front desk and the X-ray tech were both nice but my nurses and Doctor were distant. The doctor didn't even look at my injury, he just looked at X-rays and ordered some pain meds. I got no follow up advise, the meds only lasted 3 days, If I could do it again, I would deal with the pain and go to another hospital.
My daughters were both sick, their pcp couldn’t see them so I took them to Maury and the staff was extremely friendly and nice even thou my daughters are very ticklish & it was difficult for them to get them swabbed they remained sweet & kind to them.
Dr. Wollace, I can’t say enough good things about him! He is very thorough and listens better than any ER doctor I have ever been seen by. My husband and I will not go to any other ER. My daughter was just seen by him and again the most exceptional care! My daughter had an emergency close to the Alabama line and we drove her all the way to Marshall Medical in hopes to see Dr. Wollace. If this doctor was a PCP I would drive hours to see him! His nurse is just as amazing!
