I called Ray Spain Roofing on a Friday afternoon and left a message that I needed an estimate on my roof. Ray called me back on Saturday and said he could come out that afternoon. He came out when he said, and we went over what I needed to be done. I needed a complete tear off and re-roof of my house and a dormer that needed new siding. He gave me a bid on Monday, and it was a fair bid. His crew started work first thing the next Friday morning. They tore off the entire roof, cleaned everything up and had it all watertight that night. The next day they started shingling and finished the entire thing that day. Jay Spain has been a great asset to my team of professionals. I would highly recommend him. His family has been in the roofing business for decades. He has replaced my personal roof and many rental properties for me personally. He has given the same professionalism and quality work for many of my home buyers and sellers.
