Words can't express how grateful I am for Jay Spain Roofing. I came to my office this morning with water pouring in through the roof. I called Jay based on a word-of-mouth referral and I left him a message. When leaving a message with a business you just never know if or when they'll call you back......well, he called me back almost immediately. Told him the issue..... I think he felt the sense of urgency....and he came immediately and fixed the issue. I'm so grateful for his service. I wouldn't look anywhere else for roofing work. Thank you so much!!

I have a 2 story home in Farmington Inc, just south of Chapel Hill. Jay has does repairs on my home twice now thanks to the Tennessee winds, his work is excellent , great crew and great prices. Plus he backs up his work. I will use him again when needed and most definitely refer his services to anyone needing roof work done.

Jay and his crew did an amazing job replacing our roof. Excellent craftsmanship, great communication, and kept the worksite very clean. When they left it was like they were never here! Highly recommend!
