I was somewhat put off initially because I was told it would be a long wait, they didn’t have an xray machine and I would see a nurse practitioner, but I’m glad I persisted because they helped me with my hip pain.
Kelly, NP, was so informative. Explained so much to my 85 year old mother. Made us feel so relieved to get help since mom was from out of town & unable to see her Primary.Kelly made us feel confident we were getting proper treatment & took her time to answer all questions.It was such a wonderful experience from the time we walked in. Front staff was super/kind and smiling.Nice to feel so much care/concern.
With a short stay in the waiting room, I was seen in a timely manner. Marissa at the front desk was so helpful with check-in.Ms.Alex took initial vitals, very thorough and professional. Ms. Jenny found the correct avenue for getting me on the road to recovery. What an amazing team on call today!! Thanks Ladies.
