Urgent Team Walk-in Urgent Care provides a welcoming and professional atmosphere, where staff listens attentively to patients' concerns. Friendly medical practitioners take the time to explain treatment options and answer questions, making patients feel confident and relieved. Despite some wait time concerns, the team delivers helpful care and attention to those in need. The receptionist and the practitioner are described as wonderful, helpful, and compassionate. However, some patients have noted that the medical assistant's body language and communication style could be improved to provide a better overall experience. Patients appreciate the thorough and approachable nature of the staff, but concerns have been raised about the requirement to provide a credit card for possible charges not covered by insurance.
Went to get a DOT Physical. The ladies were all so nice and the whole process took total of about one hour. I made an appointment the night before on their website. The doctor was very through and efficient and did a great job on the DOT physical. I will definitely be coming back when I am due again. They even upload the results to the TN DOT. Highly recommend to drivers.
The office was very clean and the staff were friendly and efficient. I will say, however, that the receptionist seems annoyed that I was there when they opened (my appt time was 8am, they open at 8am)
Really liked the air filters in each room and the waiting area.
I received the care I went for. Don’t always get that these days.
