Top Floor Carpet Cleaning did an excellent job getting my large rug cleaned quickly and accommodated my request for a short notice appointment. They were thorough and happily answered any questions I had about the process and how to keep my rug clean. Absolutely recommend their service!
I had Josiah and Micah come to the house to clean my oversized sectional, an area rug in the living room and a queen size mattress. They were very professional, and knowledgeable. My mattress hadn't been cleaned since we bought it so it was going to be an experiment. It came out bright and fresh. They clean the area rug while it was on our wooden floor. They use protectors under all the edges to keep the floor clean and dry. All in all, it was a great experience and I appreciate the conscientiousness of this company.Services: Upholstery cleaning
They did a great job on our carpets. Our cat was very sick and 'dirtied' the carpet in numerous places. Top Floor was able to remove the stains and the smell. Very friendly service. Great job!
