The owner is accommodating, informative, and takes the time to address concerns. Dogs thrive here, making friends and enjoying their stay. Parents can rest assured their fur babies are safe and happy, with staff happy to provide updates and photos. Visitors have praised the team for making dogs feel comfortable, sending pictures and videos of them playing and thriving. The facility also offers grooming services, including baths before pickup, and allows dogs to enjoy playtime with other dogs during daycare.
I can't say enough good things about Roxie Doodles! I bring both of my dogs here for grooming, daycare, and boarding, and every single experience has been great! This is the only place I feel completely comfortable leaving my dogs – they're always so happy and well-cared for. The staff is incredible; I have nothing but great things to say about every employee I've met. They're all so friendly, professional, and genuinely love animals. If you're looking for a reliable and loving place, this is by far the best all around! I highly recommend!! 🥰
We have boarded our Merc here twice in the last month and have had great experiences each time. He comes home happy & healthy! Thankful we found them.
We are so thankful for the way they take care of our Kylo! They text pictures and updates throughout the week, bathe him the day before he comes home, and he enjoys getting to play with the daycare dogs during the day.
