The phone was promptly answered by a helpful receptionist. Their supervisor was here within 7 minutes! He was knowledgeable, thorough and gifted us with no charge for the call. We were impressed with how quickly they responded. We appreciated him explaining to us why it happened and his advice on other options we have with our local fire department if ever we smell hot/melting wires in the future. I have used various electrical companies in the past and this one I would recommend above the rest.“
