We started our house shopping journey in July 2023. Carla is fantastic to work with through the whole process. She makes her clients a priority and treats them like family. She didn't push us towards the first few listing or anything that "looked" great. She was patient and worked with us to find a house that fit us. She also made selling our house easy and as stress-less as selling/buying can be. (Was not without its stressor in this housing market and the actual moving process). But again - Carla made it easier !
Carla is a great agent. Very responsive to my questions and always available to share current bid status. She provided notification of sale at 8:30 PM allowing me to confirm availability of cash payment for a home I was trying to complete a contract on. She’s great! I highly recommend her as an agent to sale or help buy your home.
If you need a realtor who will be an advocate for your needs and your family, Carla is the person for you! We were in such good hands from start to finish. She knows Knoxville and the surrounding areas, understands the industry and knows people. Shes legitimate and the best we would have asked for.
