- 6960 Eastgate Blvd, LebanonBased on the reviews, WestRock has friendly people and unloads or loads trucks, including scrap paper, in about an hour. However, there is no room for a sleeper truck to turn around if another truck is in a dock, and they do not have no parking for overnight. They only take you by appointment time, starting at 6 a.m., and do not accept early arrivals. Bathrooms are inside. Do not take loads to Eaton Indiana, as they will reject it from this place because bails are to loose.
Don't show up early at this place they only take you by appointment time. They start receiving at 6 a.m.. I got here a day early figured that my dispatch had rescheduled the appointment but come to find out they did not the nice man was so kind to show me that email printed on the paper. So I had to come to the truck stop and sit for an old another day. Because they don't have no parking.
Friendly people. Had me loaded (scrap paper) in one hour. No room for overnight. Bathrooms inside. Do not take loads to Eaton Indiana. They will reject it from this place. Bails are to loose.
Paper Roll Delivery:
I checked in here first @ their warehouse at 302 Hartman & was redirected to warehouse at 1442B Toshiba Drive (apx 1.25 miles away), check in at 2nd warehouse is building on right, between dock #60 & 61. Check in at Hartman first, in case they need the rolls you have. No overnight parking at either locations. There is a guard shack at the Toshiba location...don't stop, keep rolling. Unloaded under 1 hour.
