I visited the vision center at Walmart in Lebanon TN on 10/25/22 to see if I could get my frames adjusted. I was helped by Maryland and Tracy. They adjusted my frames a little but it was mostly that I wasnt pushing them down far enough to my ear (getting used to wearing glasses). Both Maryland and Tracy were very professional and helpful, and the service was quick. I recommend this Vision Center in Lebanon to anyone purchasing there glasses for the first time because if you should need minor adjustments to them later you'll be very satisfied with the promptness and professionalism.
The new doctor is very nice and professional. The wait time to be seen was very short. Dr Scoggins was professional and had an easy going personality too. He was attentive and listened to my concerns and then he explained what I was experiencing and put my mind at ease. I had put off getting my eye exam done for way too long.. first because of Covid ..and then much sadness for the loss of the wonderful late Dr Davis. I want anyone who is apprehensive to meet the new doctor to give Dr Scoggins a chance.. I have never had a problem here. I've gotten glasses for myself and my child multiple times over the last 5 years. Always good service, prompt to replace anything covered under warrenty, and they're happy to adjust your glasses as a walk-in. Not to mention affordability since I pay out of pocket.
