My cat was throwing up, not eating or drinking. I'm from out of town and needed immediate attention. The wait was not long, and the staff and doctor were fantastic and caring. She received a nausea shot, and she was excellent by the time I returned to where I was staying. Highly recommend them. I was shocked that the price was more than acceptable and appreciated the fact they did not recommend a lot of unnecessary procedures.
Kinslow staff is always friendly and helpful, the facility is always clean, and the care for our two cats and doggies has been excellent! The behavioral urinary issue with our male cat has improved thanks to the recommendation from their main provider! 100% recommended.
Wait time was as expected for a walk in, right after we checked in someone came out to check on my little kitten and make sure she could wait to be seen ❤ once we got into a room we were seen and left with almost no time to wait on anything. They were quick to take notes and look at my girl. And quick to treat her and bring her back. Checkout and getting her meds was quick and easy too. “The Ark” recommended them so shoutout to them as well!
