This place is fantastic! The new studio is top notch and super clean! When you walk in, you are greeted with a smile by the instructors. There is absolutely no judgement here. Everyone, members included, treats each other with respect. The best part is that it’s restorative. The classes don’t leave you sore or aching and there are multiple classes throughout the day to ensure there is something for everyone. The owner, Heather, truly cares about the well-being of her members. I was hooked as soon as I started practicing on 2/14/23. My only regret is that I didn’t try it earlier.Do yourself a favor and try this out!

I tried Hot Yoga Lebanon after running injuries took me off the road. The cardio and sculpt classes were a great transition from what my body was used to....now my favorite classes are more yoga influenced because I discovered that is what my body and mind needs. I love the variety of classes and all the teachers. So thankful we have access to this studio in Lebanon!!!

Love, love, love this studio! I cannot say enough great things about this place. Heather has created a space for ALL to grow physically, mentally and emotionally. She has chosen the best teachers to guide each and every practice from beginning to end to make you walk out a better person than you came in as. I have not taken one class that I have not loved. They are challenging and push you to be the best version of yourself that you can be. Do yourself a favor and schedule a class to experience it for yourself. You won't regret it!
