Kimberly was very attentive to shampoo, cut, style my mother's hair. This was a first time visit and not knowing how my mother fixes her hair we showed pictures and Kimberly was able to style hair as shown on picture plus we were a walk-in. If my mother would come by herself she may need a little assistance walking from the shampoo area to the chair or vice- versa. Thank you Kimberly for your attentiveness, kindness and patience.

Got a trim from Kimberly yesterday! She did a great job and made sure she cut it how I wanted. She was super nice and even gave me some advice about switching to some healthier hair ties. $20 for a haircut + tip. Pretty good deal!

I had the best experience! Kimberly is awesome! I had my hair cut, highlighted & my eyebrows waxed. She was extremely polite & performed the best service I have ever experienced. The complete staff is nice and outgoing. The Manager “Lauren” is very nice and Has the best team working together. They all support and assist each other. I received the best friendly service and extremely happy with Heads Up. I recommend them due to my experience was great. I will utilized their services again.
