It's December 28, three days after Christmas, and the temperature is set to sink into the twenties over night. My family and I will be warm, though. That's because Jeff Edde of Efficient Heating and Cooling came by to get my HVAC unit back online ON CHRISTMAS EVE--and even refused to charge me for anything more than a regular service call.
