In spring of 2022, Dale with Cootes Roofing came to my rescue! Out of 4 roofing companies called, not only was Cootes Roofing the ONLY company to return my call about my roof repair. Dale's customer service was STELLAR!! I was SO IMPRESSED with Cootes workmanship and their above and beyond customer service, Dale was the first to be called for a full replacement roof on our new house.

The fascia along the highest part of our roof blew halfway off on a windy day. It was hanging by a single nail, flapping around against the side of the house. If it had kept on it would have kept us up all night with worry and may well have eventually blown off and smashed into a window of our house, a passing car, or who knows what else. We called Cootes, and Dale was out to our house within a couple hours. He quickly got up on our roof and got the fascia secured back into place. Dale was friendly, respectful of our property, and easy to work with. Highly recommend!
