From calling the office to get an appointment to having them come out to start and do the project was very quick. Everyone is very nice and helpful with questions. I needed them to come back a couple times and every time they were prompt and helped with the issue at hand.
I was referred to Carter Services by a colleague in the industry, and want to express how grateful we are for them going above and beyond on this emergency pump replacement. Two service techs arrived after end of work day when other companies would have called it quits, and in less than a couple hours (in complete darkness!) upgraded our private well system to restored water and pressure. Highly recommend!
I been needing a good well pump service. I found Carter Services and they checked my well and determined I had enough water to make my cattle watering system work, even during drought and low water table conditions. These guys were great, professional, courteous and i highly recommend them if needed. My well system is up and running after being down since June 5. Thanks.
