Had Busy Bee install a new HVAC system today. Tyler, Sebron, Owen and one other gentleman who came to help finish up did the work. They were all very courteous, professional and conscientious. They worked without complaining in sub-freezing temperatures. Unfortunately, the wrong thermostat was sent with the system so we’ve been assured that it will be replaced with the WiFi capable one we were promised in our Job estimate. They did leave us with a functioning system in the meantime. We are looking forward to a long relationship with Buzy Bee as they will be monitoring and maintaining our system twice annually.
As a single mom who is a home owner, home repairs are always scary and unpredictable. Matt was awesome and super knowledgeable , explained everything in detail which I appreciate. In my line of work, communication is everything!!! And My heat is back on! My son and animals are happy.
I’ve used this service several times and always very pleased. Kind, patient, knowledgeable service at both the phone customer service and repairman level. Will use them again next time.
