I should have written a review back in July 2023 when we had a quate from Bentley's, Mr. Jacob Curry, that beat all the others, and they didnt try to upsell on unneeded items becasue they were already included to some degree. WIth that said, they were prompt on the day of install, didnt have everyting they needed to complete the transition housing/flange between the house and the unit, so they improvised with a temporary fix. They were back within the week with a custom made metal housing that fit perfect. Impressive and at no addiiotnal cost from oringal quote. My text for service was answered immediately, even though it was New Year's eve Sunday. The nice technician was prompt and resolved our issue that day. We are very pleased and grateful!
