We had a problem; our septic system was backed up into our house. We were lucky that we caught it before we had a big mess. What to do? It was almost 5pm. Who to call? One call to Anthony and my mind was at ease. Friendly, great communication, and reasonable prices. They were like a well-oiled machine. No wasted time with these guys. They got us pumped out to solve the immediate problem ASAP, and then they scheduled us for some digging to replace a blocked line a few days later, with a promise that if the tank filled back up before they could get here, they would pump it again for free. I had a septic emergency after 9 p.m. at night. These folks had already went to bed. They answered my call and committed to being here by 7:30 the next morning. They were here on time. They dug a hole to my tank and fixed my problem on a rainy day in JANUARY. Thank goodness it was 65° outside. They were kind, respectful, and informative.
