I brought my English Cream Golden Retriever in for the first time today. I am here in Tennessee while my house is being finished up and really needed a grooming for my Lily what a great surprise to find you had a cancellation and brought her in just a couple of days after I called… I can’t tell you enough how pleasantly pleased I was with your service. The groomer listened to my concerns and did exactly as I asked and Lily came out a very happy and beautiful and smelled terrific!! Thank you for making Lily feel comfortable and thank you for the great job done!! I’ll be back in April when we are back down!!

If there were more stars, I would give them. My little dog was terribly overdue for a groom and was pretty badly matted. Ended up taking him here and they did an amazing job! Everyone is super nice as well. Will be our new groomer for sure!

We had a great experience boarding our dog here while we were in the Smoky Mountains. They took such good care of our Jupiter while we were away!! He was so excited when we came by to pick him up, but I could tell he was also a little sad to leave. Thanks for caring for our fur baby!!
