Joe was friendly and knowledgeable. He completed our Spring HVAC checkup and tune-up efficiently and thoroughly. He placed a couple of chemical tablets in the condensate pan that will dissolve scale and rust build-up there. I had not seen other service techs do this and it is much appreciated as this build-up can eventually clog the condensate drain (as I experienced several years ago, and which required me to do some disassembly to clear the clog). Another fine service call by Arctic Air. I would highly recommend this organization for your HVAC maintenance and service needs. I'm a contractor and I work with Artic Air on most of my projects. They do a great job, they are easy to reach if I need anything and they treat my customers really well. They also service the HVAC system at my home and they are excellent
