Hello, everything went well. The technician was polite and efficient. Additionally, the technician was very informative in explaining to me what the issue was and how I might be able to resolve it in the future by myself. The problem literally was a trip breaker in the unit.

Just had two mini-splits installed today and I was very impressed with how polite and helpful they were. Did a great job, completely cleaned up after themselves and were always smiling. You could tell they loved their job which tells me a lot about the company. I highly recommend!
