The service is amazing and the people are really nice. Lisa and her team do the best job on their manicures and pedicures. Diana provides excellent and professional customer service in a timely manner. Overall, X-NAILS is a favored destination for reliable and glamorous nail care.
I've been shopping at Kroger for years and never realized this nail shop was here! It's a hidden piece of heaven. I went in just to have acrylics soaked off. The atmosphere is so relaxed, calm and peaceful. Mai went above and beyond, very attentive. She saw that I was a bit tired. She offered drinks and put a pillow in my chair to make me more comfortable! She did an awesome job of my nails. This will be my new nail shop!
The staff were incredibly welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. I started my soak-off with Ms. Tammy, who took the time to engage in genuine conversation and get to know me, which I really appreciated. Then I worked with the amazing Ms. Lisa. I had a damaged nail and was honestly a little nervous, but she reassured me that everything would be fine and asked me to trust her—and I’m so glad I did. She was extremely gentle and handled everything with care. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this spot for all your nail care needs.
I love it here! Everytime i come in they are courteous and friendly. The best place i have had a pedicure ever. The full package is given, hot stones, warm towel, steam, paraffin. They will put you to sleep! Try the bubble pedicure also.
