“Let me preface this by saying I have lived all over the US, and I have had many different doctors and nurse practitioners do my procedures. As such, I am very well informed and experienced. Today was my first visit, and Dr. Sneed was the provider that performed my procedure. I did research prior to making my appointment, and there were several factors that were of importance to me. 1. I only use Xeomin, and not many places offer it. 2. I am extremely particular, so rather than be disappointed or get on a doctor’s nerves, I rather go where there are plenty of reviews that reflect excellent experiences. 3. I want what I want. I do not want a provider that does what they think is best, rather, I want them to listen to my needs and wants.

Well, needless to say, Dr. Sneed met ALL of my needs and wants! The office is so beautiful, organized, and incredibly clean. Staff are kind and prompt. Dr. Sneed entered the room I was in and asked if I wanted a consult first or if I just wanted to tell her what I want. I advised her of my preferences, but I told her I was open to her suggestions (she is gorgeous, so I knew she was well informed regarding what looks good and what does not).

What struck me in the greatest way possible was while she was doing my procedure, she said, “Your satisfaction is my number one concern, so if you for some reason do not achieve the results you are looking for, please come back and allow me the opportunity to get it right, complimentary.” No doctor ever says that, even if they do provide complimentary corrections.

Today was the day of my procedure, so I obviously do not know what the final result will be, but I’m 100% convinced it will far exceed my expectations. I will provide an update in two weeks.“

“All I can say is WOW!,I purchased a groupon for PRP, facial micro-needling.The office is low key, but don't let that fool you. Dr. Baig is very friendly and engaging.He answered my questions and talked about different options and explained the PRP micro-needling. No pressure at all. Golden face is very affordable. Courtney, has worked with Dr.Baig for 18 yrs. She drew my blood (great job) then she did the PRP on my face. Dr.Baig first, generously,covered my face with lidocaine cream.left it on for awhile under "plastic wrap" for full effect. Then Courtney did the procedure(feels nice actually) She really did a VERY through job on my face and neck. Then Dr.Baig used some leftover PRP to inject deeper into my face.You,also have the option to take home your leftover plasma to use at home (I did, they recommend you put it on your while your pores are open & mix some in your face cream). I am so impressed. Everyone is so friendly and fun! No rushing at all! I plan on going back for RF micro-needling. Even with that, Dr.Baig told me that it is more painful because it goes deeper. He has had it himself. The staff is so open and honest. I felt like I was among friends. I had worked in Medical Imaging for 30 yrs. I was very happy with everything.The next day my skin was so smooth and I could see a difference. My husband was with me the whole time and he enjoyed the friendly low key atmosphere. Dr.Baig is an Internal Medicine doctor with a practice in Millington, but also licensed in Aesthetics.I am so happy to add 5 stars to his already great standing! “I love PBT!! I used to go to the one in Bartlett East location in Bartlett, TN, and the girls there are so sweet, and they hooked me up with an awesome bronzing lotion! Well, I just recently moved Killen, AL, so now I go to the Palm Beach Tan in Florence, AL on Cox Creek Pkwy, and the staff there is really helpful and I love their level 3 bed! It gives me a cool mist while I'm tanning, and it's so refreshing and keeps me from getting too hot. I seriously got darker after, like my 3rd tanning session!“
