“Let me start first by saying that I am a regular at this business, they are amazing and they consistently do a great job. Yesterday evening , I texted and asked if they had an appointment available and I would like a woman to do the massage. They texted me back and told me yes, and I came in. When I came in, they asked me what massage I wanted and I told him a 60 minute AMS signature Massage, as that’s what I always do and I’m always pleased with it. I was directed to the massage room, and the massage had started and a few minutes into it I noticed a man actually ended up doing the massage. I didn’t say anything, even though I know that there were two other women in the front lobby. The massage was excellent. This is probably the best massage I’ve ever gotten at AMS, which means it was exceptional. During the massage though, the masseuse asked me a question. I didn’t understand it so I asked him to repeat it again twice. He said “ 60 minute $80, 90 minute $100”. To which I replied with “ok”. I noticed the massage Was longer than usual, so when he flipped me over, I said “ Are we doing a 60 minute or a 90 minute massage?” And he said” 90 minute” so I said oh ok and 90 minutes is 100 dollars correct? And he said yes. When the massage ended, and I went to pay I gave the masseuse $100 and then it was pulling out money for the tip, And he told me that the massage was actually $120. I was confused, and then he pointed to the list of devices on the desk which show pricing. I said OK, even though I asked/confirmed during the massage that it was $100. I would usually boil this down to miscommunication, but I did ask during the massage to confirm. I did receive an excellent massage yesterday, but I am disappointed that I didn’t have it done by woman like I asked over the phone via text when I scheduled it, and I paid more than I had expected to pay.“

“Let me preface this by saying I have lived all over the US, and I have had many different doctors and nurse practitioners do my procedures. As such, I am very well informed and experienced. Today was my first visit, and Dr. Sneed was the provider that performed my procedure. I did research prior to making my appointment, and there were several factors that were of importance to me. 1. I only use Xeomin, and not many places offer it. 2. I am extremely particular, so rather than be disappointed or get on a doctor’s nerves, I rather go where there are plenty of reviews that reflect excellent experiences. 3. I want what I want. I do not want a provider that does what they think is best, rather, I want them to listen to my needs and wants.

Well, needless to say, Dr. Sneed met ALL of my needs and wants! The office is so beautiful, organized, and incredibly clean. Staff are kind and prompt. Dr. Sneed entered the room I was in and asked if I wanted a consult first or if I just wanted to tell her what I want. I advised her of my preferences, but I told her I was open to her suggestions (she is gorgeous, so I knew she was well informed regarding what looks good and what does not).

What struck me in the greatest way possible was while she was doing my procedure, she said, “Your satisfaction is my number one concern, so if you for some reason do not achieve the results you are looking for, please come back and allow me the opportunity to get it right, complimentary.” No doctor ever says that, even if they do provide complimentary corrections.

Today was the day of my procedure, so I obviously do not know what the final result will be, but I’m 100% convinced it will far exceed my expectations. I will provide an update in two weeks.“
