LaFollette Medical Center is known for its friendly and caring staff. Visitors appreciate the quick and easy check in and the professional service. The environment is clean and professional, making it suitable for various medical needs. Patients feel supported and well taken care of, with staff members who genuinely care about their well-being and take the time to answer all questions. The procedure was quick and painless. Staff explained everything in detail and results were forwarded promptly. Overall, the center provides a positive experience for all who visit.
Have been doing rehab after a full shoulder replacement at this facility. The care has been excellent !!! Today I went back and saw my surgeon that had done the surgery he checked my range of motion , strength and advised me that my progress was far better than what the average patient does in the same amount of time. My occupational therapist has played a major role with her professional care of my rehab. Thank you Jennifer Hughes . January 20, 2023 I had back surgery while in rehab I was involved in an auto accident and had to stop my therapy due to my injuries. I am back taking therapy again and have made tremendous progress . The nurse that took my mamagram was exceptional good. So caring and smart. She made me lreally appreciate this hospital and I will tell everyone that I know. Thankyou again for everything! Tests don't have to be so scary with professional help like her!
We, in Campbell County, are the most blessed people imaginable to have the Facility at our disposal that we do! The Staff delivers excellent care, and sees to your every need at the LaFollette Hospital! You ring once, and someone is there to care for you! This type of care is not available at other area Hospitals, most especially, the University of Tennessee Hospital. You may find a few RNs who deliver Health Care, but that is not the norm!
