These are the best people you could get to work on your heat or air. They are honest, super nice, and will go out of their way to help you. I absolutely love each and every one of them from the bottom of my heart. Thanks to all of you and I love y’all.
Heat on HVAC went out; it was a draft inducer motor; they replaced within a day and heat was back on just as a massive cold front came through. Thank you Mike and Clyde!This team is fast, knowledgeable, and fairly priced; way better than any company I have dealt with in Knoxville, the companies in Knoxville are all out to gouge you; just another reason to move to Campbell county, it is awesome here!
Highly recommend Douglas heating and air! They got us in very quickly and fixed our heat in a timely manner. When he was finished, he even grabbed a broom and cleaned up his mess even though I assured him he didn't have to! You can definitely trust these guys.
