“I grew up in LaFollette, but have lived down in Knoxville for quite some time. Nevertheless, I drive the 40 miles up to Billy Joe's each month for a haircut. I could save gas and probably find a cheaper barber in Knoxville, somewhere, BUT, well, Billy Joe's is Billy Joe's. To me, he's worth the drive. Douglas Joe Guy“
