I cannot say enough good things in regards to patriot home repair. I had a home under contract which needed several repairs prior to closing. They came out within in a few days of our initial conversation and not only did they take care of the items I asked for he offered to mow the yard which I did not realize had not been mowed in awhile. If you have a project that you are needing done I would call them as their prices are fair and they do a good job.
100% recommend! They showed up to give me an estimate the same day I called and came back the next morning to get the job done. The price was more than reasonable and the work was great! I can't say enough great things about Jeff and Chad. They were wonderful from the first text. I had a skunk under my house, and they came out the next to day to set a trap and evaluate the situation. They kept me updated about everything they did, and explained what needed to be done and why it was important to do it.They caught the skunk, repaired the damage it caused, and sealed any possible entry point to prevent any future wildlife getting in. They replaced my vents (including my dryer vent) with high quality, sturdy ones, and they put concrete around any area that an animal could dig around.
