Shelly is great with our Murphy. He is skittish at meeting new people, but he loves going to Auntie Shelly's. When we arrive, he can't wait to get out of the car. He always looks and smells great when he is finished. She is great to communicate with us if the weather ends up being rainy in case we need to reschedule, or in case of bad weather. Make sure to book early, because sometimes she fills up really fast. She is great to text us a themed picture when he is done, and he is usually smiling. His first visit she asked questions to make sure she knew exactly what we wanted. She remembers each time we go back, but still asks to make sure we want the same thing.
