Jeremy, the owner is super nice and very professional. He always takes time to listen to my concerns. I have had them come out to my location multiple times throughout the years. This last time (03.14.2024), there were really, really bad stains due to multiple dog that I've cared for and my own. There were definitely dark pee stains that had been there throughout the years (I hadn't had anyone before/after Covid and I can't believe it slipped my mind to get XStream!) I have been hating my carpets and can't believe I didn't think of calling them. Michael came and worked on the carpets and they look and smell soooo good.
