This was our 2nd carpet install with RiteRug. Working with Alexys and the Riterug team was easy and cost effective despite a 90 minute trip to reach our mountain home. Alexys exceeded my expectations. She was reliable, honest and very friendly to work with. She successfully matched the color we wanted and coordinated with the installation team to fit us in to their busy schedule. A great experience overall and I would highly recommend RiteRug for any carpeting needs.

Had a very pleasant and transparent experience with Larry and his guy he used Marlin. Everything was clearly explained about my hardwood floors, and all of my questions were answered. Clean up was very good and nothing was damaged. Everyone was very nice. I will definitely use RitteRug for future home improvement projects.
