Our washing machine was having a party in our washroom dancing all over the place. We called Mid South Appliance. Our technician, Lee, showed up on time. He was able to diagnose and fix the issue in a few minuets. Lee is a professional who knows a lot, he explained why our washer was doing the boogie and how to prevent it from happing again. Really impressed and completely satisfied with how quickly Midsouth Appliance came out took care of our issues with our dryer and washer. Franky was awesome to work with talking to him on the phone. Very helpful and flexible. He said it wouldn’t take him long to fix what he knew he had to fix. He was right. He was in and out. Stealth. I had a problem with my dryer and oven at the same time. He took the panel off the dryer and figured out the problem immediately. He diagnosed my oven problem and made a repair on the circuit board that I’m sure any other company would have told me that it would have to be replaced which saved lots of money$$. Frankly is very knowledgeable and fast and fair. Would highly recommend Mid South Appliance!!
