I bought my townhome in La Vergne, TN from Lake Forest Homes in June 2020. I am very happy with my home. It is a great value for the size and the layout was ideal for me and I feel the home has great resale value as a single family home. I also really enjoy that it is connected to the La Vergne Greenway running/walking path.I believe my home to be a good investment for myself if I decide to sell at one point, or rent it out. My home is sturdy and well built and I really enjoy owning it.I had a couple minor interior issues in the first year and the warranty team responded in a timely manner and came out and fixed those issues for me.I recently had a much larger issue...read full review

I worked for them for two years a few years back and came back to Nashville a year ago and I am working for them again. You cannot find a better Company who puts their Clients and Employees first.

I used to sell real estate and I’m now a property manager. Building relationships, trust, value, and customer satisfaction are very important to me. I did have some issues initially. However, Nikki (the office manager) has helped to resolve all of my issues in the end. The team has really stepped up to make things right and have earned my trust and respect.
