Jay’s Pro Services is an HVAC company built on integrity, technical mastery, and a commitment to doing the job right the first time. What started as a one-man operation has grown into a trusted name across Nashville, La Vergne, Brentwood, Murfreesboro, Smyrna, Mount Juliet, Nolensville, and beyond. The business is built on word of mouth, repeat customers, and referrals. Jay and his team were referred by someone else with the same experience. His pricing was unbelievable. The team was clean, respectful, knowledgeable, and best of all, honest. They documented and reviewed every problem, discussed options, and told the length of time before a fix was needed. They fixed problems that other companies caused and problems that were told weren’t fixable. They were the 3rd HVAC contractor on one project, and the only ones that could deliver. One customer’s AC was not working and the house got up to 85 degrees inside. After two ridiculous quotes from others, Jay came within the hour, gave an incredible quote, and a tech fixed everything within two hours. Another AC went out at 3:00 pm, and the repairman fixed everything by 5:00 same day. Carlos is the best repairperson, kind, patient, diligent, flexible, and explained every step. Prices are always lower than anyone else, and after they leave, customers don’t worry the job wasn’t done right. Very honest, and not looking to get over on anyone.
Called at the end of the day because my HVAC unit stopped working and it was getting really hot in my house. Jay personally took my call and had one of his technicians out there within 20 minutes! The technician was heading home, but gracefully took the service call after hours, and I didn't even get charged a extra fee for it! Carlos was very professional, explained everything to me and got my unit working within 30 minutes. I have been in construction for 20 years and I have never experienced anything even remotely close to the amazing service that Jay and his team did for me and my family. Jay and his team were referred to me by someone else with the same experience. His pricing was unbelievable. His team was clean, respectful and knowledgeable and best of all, honest. They documented and reviewed every problem with us, discussed options and told us the length of time we would have before we had to fix the problem. Fixed problems that the other companies caused and also problems we were told weren’t fixable. They were the 3rd HVAC contractor we had work on the project, and the only ones that could deliver. 100% the only HVAC contractor I will work with. Cannot say enough great things about Jays Pro Services! AC was not working and the house got up to 85 degrees inside. Received two quotes prior to Jay coming out which were absolutely ridiculous with both advising I had a faulty TXV and Compressor while trying to upsell me on everything and get me into a membership plan with them. I called Jay the next morning and he came to my house within the hour. After a little bit of digging he gave me an incredible quote only needing to change the TXV.
