AFS was fantastic start to finish, explained the process, the encapsulation, demonstrated what it would prevent, fix, and how long it would take.
The crew, Evan, Aldo and Jorge were all great. Worked fast! Did a really great job and communicated well ahead of time. I'm very happy with the final encapsulation as it stands day of. Turned a gross crawlspace with thousands of spider webs and spots of standing water into a clean, sealed, waterproofed space.
Even better the crawl can be a safe, comfortable place for TN's severe weather in the future.
