Brought my 45' Thor Tuscany to have it painted from some vandalism and Susan at their Body shop has been a complete gem.....very helpful.....courteous.....and if anything is needed she will recommend and help get it done.....definitely would recommend LazyDays to anyone

Highly recommend. Had our Travel trailer in for collision repair. We were very pleased with the work that was done, made our travel trailer look brand new! Very professional, friendly, and helpful. Thank You!

I wanted to share an awesome experience with Lazy Days of Knoxville service center. Although they are extremely busy, Lauren in Customer service worked with me to get our Allegro Open Road in for normal servicing and repair of issues with the operation of the leveling system and Slide. Timing was important as we were getting ready to leave for a planned trip to Florida. Lauren took the lead and made sure our service was completed quickly and all issues resolved. I also had a super experience with Dave in the service department, taking the time to review all the work he did and his full attention to making sure everything was done right.
