I've gone to several alterations place and this is the best one I've been to. The male employee who works there is so professional and efficient. And his prices are so reasonable. If you're looking to get things altered, this is the only business in Knoxville you should be going to.

I’ve brought him so many of my clothes….including my wedding dress! He always does perfect work and charges me happy prices for the quality he offers. I live in Oak Ridge now and still will travel to Knoxville to get my clothes altered by him. He’s always worth the trip.To the one person who wrote him a bad review, sounds like you were the problem because only a problem customer says the kind of things you said. He doesn’t treat people unkindly. He is always wonderful.

Hemmed 2 pairs of pants including bringing in the waist for me on one pair for $30. Great quality and super reasonable. My boyfriend brought in a pair of shorts that had ripped on the cuff and he fixed them for free in about a minute. Great guy and great work.
