Working with Blake Rickels made our relocation to Knoxville much easier than we expected. Because we were buying from out of town, we needed a Realtor who knew the Knoxville real estate market, communicated consistently, and could manage the details when we could not be there in person. Blake did exactly that.

He stayed involved throughout the entire home-buying process, from the showing and offer through the inspection, repairs, financing, closing, and delivery of the keys.
