Giving Matt 5 stars because he was able to get Windows 11 installed with the latest update and though the i9 couldn’t fix the socket that part was on my end for not researching which fits what. Definitely will have Matt on my list for anything that needs complex repairs or updates.
Quick, reasonable price, very nice guy too. I had bricked my computer and he was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly and kept open communication what he was doing and when it would be ready. Will definitely use again.
Matt picked up my work computer Friday late afternoon & returned it Monday right after lunch. It has been running like new & I couldn’t be happier. The process was why easier than I expected.
