I had tension headaches as well as a knee pain issue....... Kingston Chiropractic gave me relief from both issues. Now I have regular followups to keep myself limber and feeling great!
I've been going to Kingston Chiro for a few years now. Dr. Chris is always pleasant, spends as much time as needed while knowing what to do. I feel he genuinely cares about my concerns. Office Staff is great too!
Dr. Chris Estes does a great job- I started coming to get back pain relief when I was pregnant with my son- I felt so much better after just one visit, and I haven’t stopped coming since. It is incredible how good I feel after every visit- my posture has improved and so has my sleep.
