I've been waking up with tightness and discomfort in my back for at least a year now...I visited Valley Springs last night for the first time and Tom did a deep tissue/tension relief massage on my upper body. Let me tell you, it hurt so good! I woke up this morning with NO tightness! Oh and I can look over my shoulder again! Tom was fantastic and I also had the privilege of meeting Paula(the owner) while I was there and they were both fantastic. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

My wife and I went in for a couples’ message and Tom & Amber did a great job. I had a deep tissue massage and it was about the best massage I have had. The staff was attentive and the entire experience was refreshing and rejuvenating. We will be back soon!

I highly recommend VALLEY SPRING SPA , I had my first microdermabrasion appointment Monday and was very pleased with the results. My skin feels wonderful, everyone there is very kind, friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely make another appointment.
