This is the BEST Ulta I’ve ever been too! They have a great selection with many products to choose from. Me and my friend were looking for what concealer shade and lip combos would match us best and asked for help. Caroline was so sweet and knowledgeable and truly made our trip so fun! She even checked us out when we had everything we needed! Amazing experience. 10/10. 5 stars.
I really like Ultra, they have the most fresh makeup variety, the service lady who waited on sister was polite, helpful, caring and attentive when she did my sister's facial The cashier who waited on us was very kind and friendly. The atmosphere was inviting. My daughter and I frequent this store quite a bit when we lived in New Mexico and now since bimeing back in my homeown, I still visit this store even until now.

(12/4/2025) Really bummed to write this. Got a haircut from Ebony and I thought it just looked choppy/piecey from the finishing product she used, since I don't use those products. Got home, washed it and realized the layers were uneven and cut super deep and the ends weren't straight either. I called ulta the same day to see if I could get a refund and was told by an employee that the salon manager would call me back the next day. I never got a call back.
